Ranger Sheena was the best and most sensitive tour guide who made the caves come to life regarding history, science and anthropology. Campground was okay. Wildlife sightings were great.
This tour goes onto dark cave with a candle to help you walk ! Guides are very good story tellers !
Ranger Christina was a OK guide....she just gave rehearsed facts and walked fast so u couldn't really take in the sites. Once the tour was over, you take a elevator up and she took ten up at a time, she took the first group up to the surface and left us 20 ppl in the cave and never came back......another guide with a group going in had to get the elevator and call for another ranger to come get us....she literally just left us.
Didn't like our male guides-educated enough but not a clean person, smelled after him of dirty close and socks
Only 3 stars. If you not archaeologist take the smallest(shorter way) cave.
Absolutely fantastic caves! Definitely take the Natural Entrance tour, but if you're bold enough try the Wild Cave tour! 100% worth a visit and it is currently the 6th oldest National Park and the 6th longest cave system in the world!
I definitely recommend the candlelight tour (book at least 2 weeks in advance as said the guide)
