An ok place. Great if you don't have to use their bathrooms (they don't clean them well...lots of cobwebs and gunk on the bottom of the toilet). But otherwise the location is good and there are a bunch of antique tractors around.
Nice quiet campgroung. Nothing fancy but very reasonably priced for full hookup. Mostly level gravel site. Bathrooms and showers not fancy but servicable.
We stayed there. it was great. No frills tho, but it was only $30 a night for an RV spot. Real showers, real toilets, real quiet. They have a garden hose for water. Close to Cold Brook to go swimming. It's not "run down" like the other poster said, more like, its just a dated campground that looks like its been there since 1970. But if you want frills like KOA, then go to the KOA. If you just want to spend the night and chill, this is great.
It is a pretty sweet little campground. I didn't especially love all the stuff they had sitting around but I did enjoy the view, the services worked well, the hosts pretty much left us alone and the other campers were fun. We were there over the 4th so it was nice to be in a campground that wasn't camper on top of camper...
For just a place to park your trailer while you visit the area it's great. If you plan to spend your entire trip there you should probably go to KOA at twice the price.
Cash or check only, no credit cards.
Felt very unsettling and I heard a cat get killed or something at night and just very weird and non stop dog barking but other than that pretty decent for a one night stay
