Jess is very knowledgeable on vintage motorcycles and has a great showroom. He also has a service shop! Definitely worth the stop when you are in Hot Springs.
TERRIBLE. And so shady. I made a deal to purchase a motorcycle from him. Arranged and paid for a truck to pick it up and deliver it to me out of state. When I went to confirm details with him, he tells me he sold it to someone else. Out from underneath me. If it was more money he wanted, at least give me the chance to pay you more. It was my dream bike. I'd never recommend him to anyone.
