Excellent steak dinners. Friendly service and deserts that topped off a great experience. Highly recommend this dining location for everyday or special occasion.

We're new to Hot Springs and love the city and established eating places. But the 1891 just opened on June 13, and it's our new favorite for fine dining. The scallop appetizer, the chicken, the prime rib, and the desserts were exceptional! This is a wonderful addition to Hot Springs. Welcome 1891!!
